From individual work to group training

Running in a straight line does not provide information about sprints, positioning, shots, avoided tackles or duels. Ball work, changes of direction and then opposition are introduced based on tolerance and role.

Goalkeepers, defenders and strikers do not have the same constraint map.

Before and after the first match

Exposure to the dimensions of the pitch, high-intensity accelerations and repeated sequences must be documented. The staff clarifies the intended playing time, recovery and criteria for stopping.

Neuromuscular warm-ups and strength work retain a place after the return.

    Frequently asked question

Does training with the group count as a full return?

Not necessarily. It is necessary to specify the drills performed, the opposition, the volume and what has not yet been exposed.
