    Very different courts and efforts

The surface, the size of the court, the rallies, the lunges and the frequency of changes of direction strongly differentiate racquet sports.

The exposure considers forward-backward and lateral movements, rotations, serves or strokes, then trajectory uncertainty.

From the ball basket to open play

A fed and predictable situation is not worth a contested point. Rally duration, recovery, score and opponent are added gradually.

The knee's reaction and global fatigue after the session guide the next discussion.

    Frequently asked question

Is doubles play always an easier step?

Not always. It sometimes reduces court coverage, but reactions near the net and social or competitive pressures persist.
